Royal Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons water

Method

For the royal icing

Whisk together the powdered sugar and water in a small bowl.

When the rolls have finished baking, remove them from the oven, let them sit for 5 minutes, and then remove them from the pan. When they have cooled slightly, drizzle the royal icing over them.
