Although it would be nice to have two separate fondue pots to hold your chocolate fondue, it really isn’t necessary. Place two ceramic bowls on a serving platter and surround them with a selection of fresh and dried fruits, pound-cake cubes, homemade marshmallows, shortbread fingers, and madeleines. Right before you are ready to serve, heat the cream and combine it with the chopped chocolates and flavorings. Pour the fondues into their individual bowls and you are good to go. The chocolate
