  1. Combine the shrimp and green seasoning and set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Heat the canola oil in a medium deep frying pan and add the onion, celery, and bell pepper. Sauté until the onion is soft. Add the garlic, stir well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more.
