  • 6 tablespoons groundnut (peanut) oil<

Method

  1. Wash the beans and drain carefully. Reserve.
  2. Heat oil in tagine or large frying pan (skillet). Add garlic and onion, and sauté until vegetables are transparent. Add the tomatoes and pepper and continue to sauté for 1–2 minutes more. Finally add the green beans, and stir over a high heat for 3 minutes.
