This really refreshing sauce (in the white bowl in the photo) makes a great partner for momos – and especially for anything deep-fried, as it is sharp and super-light. It can also be used as a salad dressing. Freshness is key here. Make sure that all your raw ingredients are in good condition, and use it fast! It will only keep for a day in the fridge.
