Lucia Buns

Lucia Buns (also called Lucia Cats because some of the shapes resemble a cat) are traditionally made in Sweden for Saint Lucia’s Day, 13 December. This is the darkest, shortest day of the year, and we celebrate that the days grow lighter and longer from that point.
