Fluted Caramel Wedges

The center fluted piece of caramel left over from making caramel screens can be used as a decoration by itself. Alternatively, rather than waiting to accumulate leftover wedges, you can cut out only the center template, D, to make fluted caramel wedges alone. If you already have the fluted wedges left from making caramel screens, simply begin at Step 8 here to shape them.
