Grilled Hearts of Romaine with Chilli Pumpkin Seeds

I find grilling to be pure pleasure and one of the most enjoyable acts in cooking. There’s the sizzling sound when cold food hits the blazing grate and the aroma of new substances created as it burns and reacts on contact. Romaine lettuce hearts take on a completely new flavor when grilled in this salad. I use a grilling pan, but you can most certainly make this on an outdoor grill.
