This asparagus dish is an explosion of aroma and taste. If you have a bit of smoked salt at home, use it here to amplify and enhance the effect of grilling. This is an excellent side to serve at a barbecue or to accompany any grilled vegetable or meat dish. I sometimes serve this for lunch with a plain omelet and a bowl of Plain Rice.
