For the fruit

Method

To prepare the fruit, preheat the oven to 350°F [177°C]. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Cut the peaches, nectarines, and plums in half. Remove and discard the center stones and cut the halves into slices. Place in a 9 by 12 by 2 in [23 by 30.5 by 5 cm] baking pan
