  • 500 g veal, cubed
  • 4 medium onions, roughly chopped
  • 150 mls


  • prepare the veal by chopping it into small cubes, leaving a little fat on the meat for added flavour
  • place the chopped onions with the olive oil into a saucepan & cook on a medium heat for approximately 5 minutes, stirring the onions until they are soft
  • add the veal cubes & cook for a further 10 minutes until the
