  • 1 bunch gorsanna
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 2-3 large ripe

Method

  • roughly chop the gorsanna into small pieces & place in a bowl, add the chopped onion, tomatoes & cucumbers & mix well
  • mix the olive oil, lemon juice & salt together in a small bowl
  • pour over the salad, mix well & serve
