Ingredients
- 1 kg hubeza
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 225 mls olive oil
Method
- rinse the hubeza & chop into pieces, roughly 3cm long
- fry the onion in the olive oil until soft & translucent, but not caramelised
- add the hubeza & a little water & fry with the onions for 10 minutes until soft
- season well with salt & pepper & add the spices, mix well & serve warm
