  • 3 Fine Apples Boiling Lard
  • ½ Cupful of Powdered White Sugar

Method

Pare the apples and cut into round slices. Have ready a pan of boiling lard, and fry to a delicate golden brown. Place in a colander in which you have placed a piece of brown paper. Place in a dish, and sprinkle with sugar, and serve hot with Roast Meat, Roast Pork, etc.
