Pear Pie

Tarte de Poires


  • 6 Fine Pears
  • Β½ Cupful of Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoonfuls of Water
  • A Plain Paste


Peel and core and slice six fine Pears. Put them in a vessel with the sugar and water, and stew. Prepare a Plain Paste, and proceed in exactly the same manner as for Apple Pie.
