Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 egg
  • cups buttermilk or sour milk

Method

Mix the dry ingredients, add the rest and stir well. Place in well buttered pan and bake in a moderate oven 35 minutes.
