  • 4 cups white flour
  • 4 cups bran flour
  • 4 teaspoons


Sift the soda and salt with the white flour, add bran and mix well. Add molasses and milk. This will make three or four flat loaves. Place in greased pans (4½ x 9 inches) and bake one hour in a moderate oven.
