Raspberry Juice

Sok Malinowy


  • 2 lbs. sugar
  • 2 lbs. raspberries
  • 1 cup water


Bring sugar and water to boiling point, add raspberries and continue boiling for three minutes. Cool. Strain through cloth and let drip clean. Boil syrup and fruit juice again for 15 minutes, skim and seal hot in jars or bottles. Excellent with tea or puddings.
