Feeling blue? Another helping of blue could actually help cheer you up, at least if it’s this deep blue cake! Blueberries are puréed and added into the batter to give this bundt all-over color, and then chewy dried blueberries are tossed in to add bursts of sweet berry flavor. Fresh blueberries could also take the place of dried, if unavailable, but be sure to coat them in flour and fold them in gently so that they don’t sink straight to the bottom.
