All crunch, sugar, and color, this is an easy dish to make and to like. Serve the simple toss as a main course with scented rice. Or offer the lively mix to brighten grilled seafood or poultry, as you would salsa. What follows is for a duo. You can double or triple to suit your wok and the number of diners.
