  • About

Fall is the time to buy freshly pressed cider from locally grown apples. Enjoy with warm muffins on a cool fall afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon freshly pressed local cider
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 whole cloves

Method

Combine the ingredients in a pot and heat to just boiling over high heat. Serve the hot cider immediately or cool to room temperature and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, heating a cupful as needed.
