Getting the most enjoyment from a meal is often about the mental game. Case in point: If I say I’m eating “tuna” for dinner, it doesn’t generate any excitement for me. At all. Instead, if I think of it as a “tuna salad platter” and surround the tuna with some of my favorite nibbles, it’s like I’m dining in a totally kickass café where they only serve food I like.
