  • About

During my short-lived foray into the art world, I would take lunch in a little downstairs Japanese restaurant on the Tottenham Court Road. I never tired of the fish lunch there, eating it maybe three times a week while flicking through Manga comics. The simple and clean tastes left me feeling light, and the essential omega fishy oils equipped my brain with the renewed ability to decipher unintelligible art speak.

The mackerel can be replaced with horse mackerel, mullet or bass.
