This fermented cabbage is very popular across Eastern Europe and in Germany too, so you should have no trouble finding it in any Polish, Ukrainian or German food shop, as well as many supermarkets β just make sure you get the most natural one possible, without any artificial additives. All the same, I would encourage you to make it yourself β itβs very simple and you just canβt beat the taste of the home-made stuff.
