Coring and Filling

Most of our cupcakes have a hidden filling. It’s very easy: you can either use an apple corer or a small knife to take out the centre of the cake. Go deep, but not to the bottom of the cake. Use a teaspoon to fill the hole with caramel, curd, Dark Chocolate Glaze or whatever you like.
