Measuring Spoons

  • About
POURfect measuring spoons are my favorites because each one is perfectly accurate and they come in some unusual and practical sizes, starting with teaspoons—¹∕₆₄, ¹∕₃₂, ¹∕₁₆, ⅛, ¼, ⅓, ½, ¾, 1, and 1½ (½ tablespoon)—and both 1 and 2 tablespoons. The smallest ones correspond to a drop (¹∕₆₄), a smidgen (¹∕₃₂), a pinch (¹∕₁₆), and a dash (⅛). They are also marked with milliliters (ml), making it possible for me to offer very precise ml values for small amounts of liquid called for throughout the book.
