  • About
Traditionally made with almonds, a praline can be any nut coated in caramelised sugar and left to harden. Once hardened, the mixture can be eaten as is, or crushed and added to other dishes such as ice cream, cakes and patisserie, or used as a filling or coating for chocolates. Praline is also the name of a type of chocolate.
