To Freeze Pancakes

After dipping rolled pancakes in egg white mixture and crumbs, place in a shallow pan lined with waxed paper. Cover tightly and freeze. To bake, place pancakes in buttered 13 X 9 X 2 ″ pan and bake in moderate oven (350°) about 60 minutes, or until golden brown. Baste frequently with melted butter while baking.
