  • About
This is a Chinese sauce used in Cantonese cuisine and is made with cooked oysters or oyster juice, soy sauce and thickeners. It is used in stir-fries and sauces and is only used for cooking. It is not a dipping sauce. Although it is made with fish it does not have a strong aroma. Refrigerate after opening.
