Sweet Essentials: Fizzy Grapes

Wow! These are pretty special and perfect for the start or even end of a meal, they are really simple to do at home and are sure to impress your guests. All you need is a siphon gun and carbon dioxide chargers, these can be found in specialist food shops, online or from bar supply companies. These ‘fizzy’ grapes top off the spectacular ‘Bellini’ with fizzy grapes dessert.
