  • About
A Y-peeler does the same job as the traditional veggie peeler, but it’s shaped differently. Instead of the blade being an extension of the handle, it’s perpendicular to it, attached by a “Y” shape. The Y-shape and sturdy construction make it much easier to use! Believe us: It is a worthwhile investment, allowing you to peel vegetables in half the time—you can zip up and down rather than having to go back to the end and start over. Peel the usual suspects like carrots, beets, and parsnips, as well as butternut squash and mangos. (Keep the fingers of the hand that’s holding the food out of the path of the blade—it’s sharp!)
