Grilling capsicums allows you to remove their skins and produces a delicious sweet flavour.
Preheat a grill. Cut the capsicums in half and remove the seeds and membrane.
Grill the capsicums until the skin blisters and blackens. Place in a plastic bag and allow to cool. When cool, peel off the skin.
