How to make easy sweet or savoury snacky twists

All you need is a pack of ready-made puff pastry and a few additions to make a variety of easy sweet and/or savoury snacks. Choose from chocolate spread, a swipe of dairy-free margarine sprinkled with caster sugar and cinnamon, Lotus Biscoff spread or your favourite jam for the sweet versions. If you’d like savoury twists, try a thin layer of tomato purée, a scant amount of dairy-free hard cheese and some oregano, or dairy-free margarine mixed with Marmite plus dairy-free cheese if you like. Fold the pastry in half to encase the filling, cut into strips and twist into ringlets. Place well-spaced onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 190°c.
