  • About
An American grain spirit comprised of at least 51% corn and aged in brand-new charred American oak barrels for a minimum of two years. We enjoyed working with bottles from Four Roses and Buffalo Trace, because they use non-GMO corn in all their whiskeys. Generally it is thought that the gluten content is distilled out of the mashes, but if you are particularly sensitive to gluten, exercise caution when trying bourbon or just avoid it.
