Sometimes a drink is Biting Biting in itself. A stop by the roadside in India for masala chai and a chat, or perhaps some biscuits or burfi on the side is enough to help you reset for the day. A glass of milk and an orange becomes an orange milkshake eaten with some thepla or a rolled up rotli with jaggery for an afternoon treat. And going out for falooda on the way home from a wedding because you’re feeling that little bit peckish even though you’ve stuffed yourself with wedding food is a Biting ritual now whenever we are near Wembley. The milk is sweet and soothing and the ice cream is substantial enough to have you complaining again that your saree is way too tight.
