No one cares about your protein intake until you become vegan. It’s true! Even when I tell people that a) nearly everything has some protein; b) I get protein from several sources but the majority from beans, nuts, seeds, and leafy greens; and c) my muscles haven’t atrophied so I must be doing something right, they still think vegans are lacking in protein.
