  • About
The measurements given within the recipes should be treated as guidelines, the best measurement of all being personal taste.
Weight measurements are provided in imperial and metric. These correspond closely with US measurements, e.g. 1oz equals approximately 30g.
For liquid measurements the simplest conversion to US equivalents is:

16fl oz 2 cups (=1 US pint)
20fl oz (1 pint) 2½ cups (=¼ US pints)
30fl oz(1½ pints) 3¾ cups
40fl oz(2 pints) 5 cups
