This is a wonderful feast of flavours and it’s easy to put together. You could choose just one or two of the dishes, or make them all, for an easy and delicious Indian-inspired feast. I like to serve it with some poppadums and mango chutney.
Check beforehand that you have the right spices for the Bombay potatoes, as they make all the difference to this simple dish. Stock up, then keep them handy for another time – if you’re anything like me, this will become a favourite and you’ll want to make it again!
