Easy Chinese Recipes: Family Favorites From Dim Sum to Kung Pao

  • About

Of all the meats, I love chicken the most. Chicken is an essential part of my diet and, luckily for me, there’s no shortage of chicken recipes in Chinese cuisine. Chicken is ideal for Chinese cooking because chicken meat’s subtle flavor combines perfectly with the spices and seasonings typically found in Chinese cuisine.

Duck, on the other hand, is not as easy to prepare at home. However, in this chapter, you will find a simple Roast Duck recipe that you can make rather painlessly at home (no air pump or compressor required!). In fact, the roast duck is so good that my hubby thought I got it from a Chinese restaurant!
