PRE-RIDE
Two porridge pots (the ones with lots of fruit and sugar!) before we started, then lots of croissants.
DURING
Every 20 minutes I have cheesy cheddar snacks and crêpes filled with chocolate – I buy the pre-wrapped ones that you get from the supermarket. I cut the tops off the packets so I can eat them like ice pops and keep them in my bar bag. I also eat Clif shot blocks, which are just like Jelly Babies but probably more expensive.
