  • About
“Cooking is like painting or writing a song. Just as there are only so many notes or colors, there are only so many flavors. It’s how you combine them that sets you apart.”
The continent of Africa has the second largest population on earth and the second largest land mass. The continent is surrounded by five bodies of water: the Indian Ocean, the Atlantic Ocean, the Mediterranean Sea, the Suez Canal, and the Red Sea. It is considered the continent first inhabited by humans. Africa is rich in many minerals and natural resources, with 90 percent of the world’s cobalt, 50 percent of the world’s gold, and 98 percent of the world’s chromium (a trace element necessary for human health), to name a few.
