Once you have the spiced tahini sauce prepared, you have the basis for a variety of brilliant sauces and dips: Hummous, Baba Ghanoush, Arabian Green Herb and so forth. Serve with warmed naan, crusty bread, or crisp wholewheat sesame flatbreads, in addition to the traditional pita bread.
