a. After combining all of the dry ingredients in the food processor, add the butter and pulse until you reach a dry powdery consistency (step 2).

b. Use a fork to toss in the egg and milk mixture (step 4).

c. Gently knead the dough 3 to 4 times until it is smooth (step 5).

d. On a lightly floured surface, divide the dough in half and press and pat each half into a disk (step 5).

e. After transferring the disks to the prepared pan, use a bench scraper to mark each disk of dough into 8 wedges (step 6).
