One of the first things to strike any visitor to Morito is how small the space is – compact, cosy, bijou or cramped, depending on your perspective. From the beginning, it was apparent that this was a fact that would, by necessity, influence how we went about our business. With very little space behind the bar, the drinks on offer were always going to be limited and initially, at least, the cocktail list was no exception. We started with just Rebujito and Cava Pomegranate but over time, in a very natural and unforced manner, it’s grown and matured nicely – as we hope we have too.
