One day a sample bottle of a Spanish vermouth arrived with our house wine delivery. The label was effortlessly cool in a retro kind of way and when we tried it and found it to be utterly delicious we immediately set about mixing it with pretty much anything. Before long, it was integral to our ever-expanding list and, of course, you can’t have vermouth without Campari, so we started ordering that too…
