  • About
One of the original restaurants that came to the market as part of the Spacemakers’ initiative, Cornercopia has grown to be one of its great successes. It has developed with the Village and helped to develop it as well.

Connecting to the community is crucial for owners Anne Fairbrother and Iain Riley. From the early inception of Cornercopia when they only opened for lunch on certain weekdays, they have been involved in projects that centre them in the wider community. Not only is all the food sold in the shop and the restaurant locally and sustainably sourced, they have always worked with Transition Town and the Brixton Pound to make sure Cornercopia has the right kind of local footprint.
