Andrew Scott has spent his entire career in Michelin-starred kitchens, training initially at Mallory Court, Lords of the Manor and L’Enclume . Moving onto the Curlew restaurant in East Sussex, where he gained a Michelin star in the 2014 Michelin Guide.
A brand new project came calling in 2014, which was Sudbury House in Faringdon Oxfordshire. This exciting project included the opening of Restaurant 56 a fine dining concept housed in the hotels grade 2 listed building
Andrew hopes to replicate and build on his previous success and food style that has seen him achieve so much.
