Bernadette Le Roux

Bernadette le Roux is the editor of Condé Nast House & Garden Gourmet in South Africa. She is based in Cape Town and has authored two cookbooks, Prickly Pears & Pomegranates and Roots, Shoots & Leaves. She is co-owner of a restaurant, Cafe Roux, and resides with her husband, two children, 6 hens and a horse in Noordhoek.
