Growing up in the culinary traditions of New Mexico and inspired by father Basil, Jamaican-born Wilson honed his skills with the heat of the red and green chiles of the Southwest. Embarking on his own and landing in Las Vegas, he quickly made his way into the catering world. Following personal chef stints and creative endeavors,Wilson developed and mastered the recipes that now give DW Bistro the loyal following it has. Partnered with Bryce Krausman, Wilson continues to create some of the city’s most flavourful and inventive dishes.
