Garrett Byrne

Having worked in both London and Dublin in the early part of his career, Garrett returned to his home city of Kilkenny to open his own restaurant, where he cooks unashamedly French cuisine. Garrett opened Campagne with his partner Brid in 2008. Since then Campagne has been awarded many prestigious awards on a national and international level, most notably one Michelin star in September 2013.
